Since 2002, Beaulieu Canada implemented a new Corporate Quality direction with the mandate to support continuous improvement and to manage the quality of our products. All activities and processes related to carpet manufacturing, from the receipt of raw materials to delivery to after-sales service, are monitored and measured throughout the entire organization.

Internally, cross-functional quality improvement teams have focused on the integration and the co-ordination of efforts in all departments to common goals. This focus ultimately translates into the development of the right new products which look great, perform well, and which exceed the expectations of our customers. Product testing and process monitoring are integral to our efforts to continuously improve our products and service. Beaulieu Canada is proud to be certified under the ISO 9001/2000 standard.
