Today, more than ever, responsible companies must look forward to protecting the environment. This is no different for Beaulieu International Group.

At Beauflor we take the environment seriously:

• An engineered filtering unit captures exhaust gas vapors and are incinerated at 900°. Once this process is complete, emissions of toxic elements are eliminated and Zero emissions are put into the atmosphere. It also creates low energy consumption per square yard output.
   
• This process also provides us with Heat Recovery from the burning of vapors which is recycled to heat the thermal oil and our factory.
   
• Water consumption at the Beaulieu Wielsbeke facility uses the collection of natural rainwater. Our water treatment plant recycles 100% of water consumed and is re-used. This is very unique to Europe.
   
• All scrap generated during and after the production process is either used in other processes or recycled, thus leaving no waste during our entire process.
   
• We have also installed very large sky lighting windows permiting us to utilize natural lighting and virtually eliminate any electric lighting.
